and inclusion?
A diverse team brings a wide range of perspec琀椀ves and ideas to the table. Our di昀昀erent experiences and viewpoints enable us to solve problems more crea琀椀vely and be琀琀er understand
our clients’ needs. To help us build a suppor琀椀ve
atmosphere, we organize special webinars about best prac琀椀ces and tools. For example, we
hosted a mee琀椀ng with a guest from the Diversity
Hub Ins琀椀tute who shared 琀椀ps on addressing and
elimina琀椀ng bias, as well as advice on talking with
people from di昀昀erent cultures.
Just as with our values and culture, each of us
plays a part in crea琀椀ng an inclusive environment
at So昀琀ware Mind. Your input and experiences
shape the path we take. Together, we’re a driving
force of growth, unity and posi琀椀ve change!
