SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
To protect the environment, we’ve adopted sustainable business
prac琀椀ces, such as minimizing resource consump琀椀on, as well as
recycling. We educate our team on environmental issues through
webinars, workshops, challenges, impact groups and digital resources. So昀琀ware Minders also take part in campaigns like Walk
for Earth, in which we cleaned up our neighborhoods.
Beyond advoca琀椀ng for equal opportuni琀椀es and professional
development, we engage in charitable causes and ac琀椀vi琀椀es that
contribute to our communi琀椀es. For example, we organize dona琀椀on drives for local animal shelters and charity organiza琀椀ons. .
