GUILDS
A key element of our development culture, Guilds are communi琀椀es of So昀琀ware Minders who want to deepen their knowledge
about a speci昀椀c area of so昀琀ware development. They o昀昀er regular
internal knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops and hackathons.
Guild members also take part in conferences and employer branding ini琀椀a琀椀ves, lead lectures and publish technical blog posts on
our website.
One of the things we all share at So昀琀ware Mind is the
drive to develop our skills. Through our Guilds, I can
exchange knowledge and ideas with So昀琀ware Minders
who work in di昀昀erent teams and projects, but are interested in the same 昀椀eld as me.
