The be琀琀er we know each other, the more e昀昀ec琀椀vely we can act together, exchange ideas, solve
problems and achieve our goals. That’s why we
regularly organize social gatherings such as in-o昀케ce lunches, celebra琀椀ons, team ou琀椀ngs and
holiday-related meetups.
Living your life at So昀琀ware Mind also includes
our All-Hands Mee琀椀ngs where you can ask
ques琀椀ons and meet the leaders who you might
not be working directly with on a day-to-day basis. Integra琀椀on events help us all align be琀琀er on
goals, communicate more e昀昀ec琀椀vely and celebrate both what makes us di昀昀erent and what we
have in common.
There are lots of chances throughout the
year to meet and chat with our teams in
person. I love going to our social events and
